It's really exciting to be introducing<a href="http://purejoypaperie.etsy.com/"> Pure Joy Paperie </a>to the wedding world and I've had so much fun working with brides-to-be on making their paper dreams come true :)<br /> <br /> Starting a portfolio from scratch has given me the opportunity to work with brides on creating custom designs, and each one will be something new I can add to my book. As easy as it would have been to pour a bowl of cereal and call it a night, I wanted to enjoy my "me" time with a nice glass of white wine and some pasta while I binge watched Southern Charm.</div> <div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"> <br /></div> <div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"> The dish is super simple and so satisfying, Brian devoured the leftovers when he got home :) </div> <div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"> <br /></div> <div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"> All you need to do is: </div> <div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"> <br /></div> <div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"> 1) Boil your spaghetti in some salted water</div> <div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"> 2) Sauté a bunch kale in a pan with some olive oil, a garlic glove, salt and lemon. </div> <div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"> 3) Drain your pasta, pour some olive oil on top and load on the freshly-grated parmesan cheese (the more cheese the better in my world, but that's a personal preference).</div> <div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"> 4) Put your kale on top, pour some wine, and enjoy!</div> <div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"> <br /></div> </div>

Cinco de Mayo!

<div dir="ltr" style="text-align: left;" trbidi="on"> I got so excited when I looked at my phone today and saw that it was Cinco de Mayo! I love a reason to celebrate, especially on a drab day like Monday, so I sent Brian a text while he was on the train into NYC that read , "It's Cinco de Mayo, let's celebrate tonight!", followed by, "Please pick up a bottle of Patron on your way home :)". We've had an especially rough week with Big Brian traveling for work and a vicious stomach bug that hit basically everyone in our family. We're still dealing with the effects of it with poor little Brian who can't shake the, you know, don't want to type it out here but it begins with a D.
